Where can I find real Mickey Mouse jewelry somewhere besides the Disney Store?

No limit to price for jewelry. Basically looking for stud earrings, a necklace of any kind with mickey mouse on it, and possibly a charm bracelet with Mickey mouse. Jewelry must be real gold or silver etc. It can be from website or a jewelry store near Cleveland, Oh. Thank You :)
