1. macys, jcpennys has a nice selection of real earings. But for fake earings try claires they have a big variety.

3. Why not have it custom made? There are many jewelers who do custom work and they could create exactly what you want in the metal and stone of your choice and could just make one. Just an idea. In my experience, custom work isn't really more expensive than buying ready made unless the design is VERY intricate.
4. How about QVC? I've gotten some nice CZ from them before, even in white gold, which doesn't irritate my ears.
