Is it logical to purchase jewelry from an outlet jewelry store?

Is there any physical difference between jewelry sold at an outlet store and the retail store of the same name, for instance, a Zales and a Zales Outlet? Is the decreased price really a good deal or is there usually a flaw?

1. i would think there is a difference. otherwise it wouldn't be called "outlet" just check out the jewlery close before you purchase it, i guess
2. Outlets usually sell slightly damaged goods or merchandise from past seasons. Check out what you're buying first really closely it could be missing a hook or a link then when you've examined it really well and you really like the piece of jewelry then I suggest you buy it!
