Jewelry store scratches my ring. what to do? Alright so I have a Tiffany sterling silver ring that I took to a local jewlery store to get cleaned. (there is no tiffany's where I am so i just took it here) Anyways they ended up scratching the oxidized surface as they tried to clean that surface. In turn they scratched the whole inside.
